What are our Payment Terms?

On Order
Upon placement of the order 50% of the print price plus all prepress costs are payable prior to the commencement of production.

At Completion of Production
Prior to despatch, the balance of the order, after adjustments for Overs & Shortages, and addition of freight costs (if applicable – see Freight) must be paid.

What are the Artwork Requirements?

We can accept artwork in both MAC and PC formats. Adobe Illustrator or a Press Ready PDF are preferred digital art file types. We create all art layouts in Adobe Illustrator.

Requirements

  • Adobe Illustrator CS6 or later or Press Ready PDF.
  • All fonts used in the Artwork must be supplied and MAC compatible.
  • Art files must be created using vector based software.
  • All images used in the Artwork must be supplied or embedded.
  • All images must be high resolutions and supplied at 100% size.


Adobe Reader is required for accepting and signing off completed artwork online.

Are there Minimum Order Quantities?

Quantities – Ordered / Delivered
Every endeavour will be made to deliver the quantity ordered, however owing to the difficulty of producing exact quantities, orders are conditional upon a margin of 10% being allowed for overs or shortages. Orders for quantities of 250 a margin of 20% applies, the same to be charged for or deducted pro-rata unless otherwise stated.

Minimum Production Quantity
The minimum production quantity is 1,000 units

Minimum Order Quantity
The minimum order quantity is 250 units. These orders will be grouped together until the minimum production quantity of 1,000 units is reached. This may result in slightly longer wait times.

What Freight is offered?

Your options are to use our carrier or another one of your choice at your cost.

If you choose to use our carrier the cost will be added to the final amount payable.
